Fiano Minutolo. The color is a very faded, straw-yellow with greenish reflections. The bouquet is ample and not sickly, thanks also to the fact that here in Puglia the altitude is quite high and thus the zone experiences significant temperature variations between night and day which further affect the aromas. The taste is what convinces the least, very meager, subtle, without any lift, except for a constant dose of freshness. Not enough.
