Fiano Minutolo. This was its first year of production and it came up short. The aroma was clearly oxidized, while the color was particularly intense and hot. All this was probably due to use of the silicone corks the then-novice Filippo used. Since then he strictly uses real cork. Nevertheless, the taste has a nice verve of freshness.
