Athesis Spumante Rosé Metodo Classico

A rosé produced by the great Santa Margherita group and made from Pinot Noir. The winery and vineyards belong to the group’s satellite Kettmeir estate in the Caldaro area of Alto Adige. The wine has a pale pink color with light clear reflections and the clean aroma has a nice fragrance with notes of small red fruits, raspberry and white bread. A saline and persistent acidity distinguish the mouthfeel while small fruits and acidity dominate the aftertaste.
