An equal blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir is used to make this alluring and agile Rosé Brut. It has a bright, onionskin color while the nose is slightly heady and delicate with fruit on a bed of flower petals and red apple peel along with nuances of hay and yeast. The mouthfeel is pleasingly natural, rich without being excessive, acute but not rending, with a harmony of red fruit and bread crust and a nice saline finish.
