Asolo Prosecco Superiore Brut

The Glera grapes for this wine come from the vineyards the Giusti Dal Col vineyard in Nervesa della Battaglia. The bubbly is made using selected yeasts and the carbonation is achieved controlling temperatures in an autoclave. The wine has a clear, straw-yellow color and a fine and constant effervescence. Sensations of white melon, lime, apple, pear and black locust flower can be found in both the aroma and flavor. The mouthfeel is pleasing, very clean, fresh and persistent.
