Made from Sauvignon Blanc grapes selected from the best vineyards and aged for eight months on the lees in stainless steel vats. With full merit, this ‘master of the house’ was at the top of the ratings. It has a clear, straw color and an intense varietal aroma with scents of grapefruit, elder, nettles and light floral hints. The mouthfeel has a nice body and is fresh, tasty and saline with a lovely balance. The finish is long.
