An interesting example of Falanghina cultivated at an altitude of 400m in a soil rich in lime and clay. It has a golden color and a distinctly floral and fruity aroma. The mouthfeel is mineral and confirms the traits of the grape with its nice acidity and a touch of hazelnut. The wine fermented in steel, macerating 12 hours on the skins before aging six months in steel. The wine is not filtered.
