From Ansonaco grapes. The color is a brazen yellow. This is a 'natural' wine, the product of extreme viticultuire and artisanal wine-making. The nose is mushroomy with distinct scents of honey and ripe fruit that finishes with humus. The taste is savory, warm, enveloping, full and with a slighty bitter finish. A very 'home-made' and fascinating wine.
