The color is onion skin with nuances of antique pink, while the aroma is of immense complexity and persistence with floral tones of rose and violet, a touch of candied orange with streaks of chocolate and a delicate and elegant roasting, all perfectly amalgamated and almost unrestrainable. The flavor is truly superior with a creaminess and a fantastic progression, a perfect balance between minute and captivating effervescence and a significant extractive mass, which thanks to this and an excellent acidity achieves elegance. The finish if of rare complexity and persistence, perfectly consistent with the aroma. A very great standard bearer for this denomination.
