Made from Nascetta grapes and aged six months in stainless steel. This wine was a wonderful surprise and confirmed the ancient varietal’s excellent propensity to age. It has a lovely yellow color and a full aroma that has not at all evolved except for becoming unexpectedly more complex. The notes of Mediterranean herbs are clear and accompanied by a balsamic note that is between anise and a fine hydrocarbon. The mouthfeel is tasty, quite flowing and with an intense finish.
