This is like his ‘stock’ wine but with everything amplified. An impressive wine with its bold, golden-yellow color and strong effervescence. The aroma is explosive and almost brackish with scents of slate and quartz. The mouthfeel is lovely, the acidity devastating and the extracts evident.
