Blend of 70% Chardonnay and 30% Pinot Nero grapes. Classic method, 72 month on the lees. Intense golden yellow, thick perlage, elegant and continuous. Nice and complex on the nose with notes of almond, white peach, yeasts, grilled bread and wildflowers. Enveloping flavor, great body, agile, briny, creamy, polite and incredibly long.
