The young Florian Gojer has for the past few years has been working with his father Franz, a titan of winemaking in Alto Adige, and so the winery's future is clearly in good hands. This wine has a bouquet of intense spice and tobacco, a full, agile, great progression and a decidedly mineral aftertaste.
