    100% Glera. Charmat method for 6 months, then 18 months in the bottle. Bright straw yellow color. Very thick and continuous bubbles. Very fragrant, complex and extremely clear aromas of flowers, wisteria, whitehorn, then flint, yellow plums and renette apple. Agile and dynamic taste, creamy foam, attractive sip. A true masterpiece.
