100% Lambrusco Salamino. Classic method, degorgment after 19 years. Intense garnet color with average intensity pink foam. Extremely complex aromas with notes of pomegranate, humus and hints of sweet licorice, intense eucalyptus. Velvety taste, still a lot of energy and impressive length.
