100% Pinot Nero grapes. Classic method, five years on the yeast. 20% of the wine matures in barrels. Straw yellow, dense and lasting perlage. White flowers are present on the nose, along with almonds, yeast and peaches. Lively taste, good acidity and a long-lasting finish.
