    80% Chardonnay, 20% Pinot Nero. Matures 60 months on the yeasts. Golden straw yellow. Intense notes of hawthorn, locust-tree, canidied cedar and white pepper. Lively, crunchy golden apple, citrusy notes and dynamic freshness in the mouth. Salty butter in the finish.
