100% Pinot Nero coming from 3 vineyards at 466 mt with partial vinification in barres and at least 8 years on the yeasts. Bright golden yellow and elegant perlage. Notes of hawthorn, lindo flowers, a hint of hay and candied cedar, puffs of croissant and lemon curd. Smooth in the mouth, harmonic and rich fruit with elegant tension and freshness. Saline and surprisingly easy to drink.
