Made with only Chardonnay grapes, this champion Trentodoc was disgorged in October 2014. The grapes were picked by hand and the wine fermented and aged in stainless steel vats, barrels and barriques up to secondary fermentation and sat for 24 months on the lees. The wine has a distinct, straw-yellow color with golden reflections and the effervescence is spirited, persistent and fine. The bouquet has fragrant and fresh scents of peach, apricot, citrus, hazelnut and freshly-cut mountain herbs along with a touch of spice and a hint of warm bread crust. The mouthfeel has a fresh Trentino minerality, soft bubbles and a lively body. One drop leads to another.
