    A blend of 70% Chardonnay and 30% Pinot Nero grapes. Classic method, with six years on the yeast. Light golden yellow. Well structured perlage. Complex and smoky flavors with notes of golden plum and antique leather. Creamy taste with the perfect balance of acidity, softness and carbon dioxide. Long finish.
