    Granite in wine form. Dark, with notes of bark, leather and Sagrantino humus above all for this ‘mouth’ wine. The tannins are imposing and compact, with many layers and in no way annoying making this a wine that juice that has come into its own through aging. Very profound. This has at least another 30 years ahead of it and has perhaps not yet reached its peak. A masterpiece.
