It is always a pleasure to speak with Sabrina Niccolai, a charming, impetuous, intelligent and ironic woman, something rare among those who are considered to be a ‘phenomenon’. This wine is really good, classic, with a bright, straw-yellow color. The bouquet is intense, clean, with floral notes of hawthorn and lavender along with the classic scents of ripe medlar and a very intense white peach. The flavor is intense and elegant with a nice but not excessive acidity and rotundness common to Vernaccia. The finish is very persistent.
