Vademecum per aziende vinicole Covid-19 - Le Donne della Vite

Correct information is the basis of Covid-19 risk management. The Women of the Vine have created a vademecum dedicated to wine companies to organize themselves and work in safety, enriched with illustrations summarizing the indications for sectors and operations.

The COVID-19 pandemic that we are experiencing has armored us at home, has stopped many productive activities. The activity of the primary sector is among those allowed, the work in the vineyard and cellar has not stopped and then wondering what the Women of the Vine could have done, as it is in the ropes of the Association, focused on culture and information that are among the most effective means of protection.

Starting from the technical protocols and the indications of the health and scientific authorities, updated until the beginning of Phase 2 (May 4, 2020), they have drawn up a vademecum that brings together advice and indications so that every wine-producing company can use them, adapting them to its realities. A reference tool for organising and working in safety. To make it easier to understand safety recommendations, they have chosen sketchnotes, a visual and innovative communication to illustrate processes and concepts, combining illustrations, text and graphics.

In the vademecum they propose an overall picture that starts with the reorganization of all company activities and goes into detail on how to manage the risk of contagion in the company in all areas, from the vineyard to the cellar, passing through offices, canteens, changing rooms and workshop. In fact, the adaptation to the standards provided for, in fact, starts from the rethinking and reorganization of all company activities in order to apply the health and hygiene standards contained in the safety protocols against contagion. This is followed by specific discussions concerning the use of tractors and company vehicles, transport and deliveries, internal movements, meetings, internal events and training. The final part is dedicated to indications on masks - which to choose and how to use them - and sanitization.
