Menu among the stars with 20 Lombard champions

From 14 January to 30 April 2020, the 8th edition of Ingruppo, the initiative that celebrates haute cuisine, for everyone. A proposal that brings together 20 restaurants, including 10 starred restaurants, promoting territorial excellence.

 
Ingruppo is back, the initiative that has been celebrating gourmet Lombard catering for eight years, bringing even the less traditional clientele closer to the wonders of haute cuisine. Twenty restaurants, of which 8 starred and 2 Michelin-starred, will propose the special format, with dedicated menus and proposals, from January 14 to April 30, 2020, every day, both at lunch and dinner.
 
The 2020 edition was born in the wake of the 65th Michelin Guide Italy, which has crowned Lombardy as the most starred region in Italy with 62 award-winning restaurants. Among the new entries: Impronte, from Bergamo, which with the young chef Cristian Fagone, born in 1988, has won its first star and from this year joins INGRUPPO. With him also Il Cantinone, from Madesimo (SO), led by Stefano Masanti and his sous chef Stefano Ciabarri, one of the few restaurants at altitude (1,550) to have won a star. At their side, Da Vittorio and Enrico Bartolini's Mudec: the flagships of Ingruppo, which can boast 2 of the 3 tristellati chefs in Lombardy (11 in Italy). Sadler, Casual, Frosio, Il Saraceno, Loro and Osteria della Brughiera, all with a Michelin star. The group is completed by Collina, La Caprese, Lio Pellegrini, Al Vigneto, Antica Osteria dei Camelì, Posta, Roof Garden Restaurant, Tenuta Casa Virginia, Pomiroeu and Cucina Cereda.

In total, 16 restaurants in the province of Bergamo, 2 restaurants in Milan, one in Monza - Brianza and, from this year, one in the province of Sondrio, thus promoting the maximum enhancement of the Lombard territory and its food and wine excellence. A firmament that from year to year is increasingly successful. Started in 2013, Ingruppo manages to involve an increasingly varied and young clientele. It is the millennials, in fact, that drive the latest trends in catering. It is no coincidence, after all, that social networks are among Ingruppo's main allies: at the mere announcement of the start of the event, postings and sharing linked to the proposals of the participating restaurants are soaring, with many social patrons ready to tour all the restaurants involved in the initiative. This is demonstrated by Ingruppo's Facebook and Instagram pages, cool and dynamic voices of the experience.
 
What is convincing is, as per tradition, Ingruppo's formula that provides high quality proposals in the choice of raw materials, creativity and the creation of the dish, at an affordable price. The format, in fact, offers a 4-course menu (with water, coffee and wine, in some cases also with entrèè and pre-dessert) at a price of 60 euros per person. For Da Vittorio, Sadler and Bartolini, the price is 120 euros per person. And the group menus are available every day, both at lunch and dinner, except only for Valentine's Day and Easter, on April 12.
