| Details | From 19 to 22 September 2019 the doors of the eighth edition of Taste of Roma will open, the event organized every year that combines good food with love for sharing. The Auditorium Parco della Musica will host for 4 days foodies, gourmets, enthusiasts and curious people who, for the occasion, will have the opportunity to live a unique experience in the name of great catering. 14 of the Rome's top chefs will be offering a 4-course gourmet tasting menu. Color and its combination with food will be the theme of this edition of Taste of Roma, which will come to life in the iconic dish that each chef will create ad hoc to tell the evolution of their cuisine, allowing everyone to travel a journey that will awaken all 5 senses. There will also be the opportunity to discover the "Italian excellence" of the exhibitors and to try at the Wine Bar Trimani a special selection of labels chosen ad hoc to enhance the best 56 gourmet dishes.
