A brew with a luminous, golden and slightly veiled color and a thick, white head. The bouquet is fragrant, fresh and pleasingly citrusy with notes of aromatic herbs (Slovenian Styrian hops) which quickly make way for tones from a bakery (the malts are English), toffee and resin nuances. There are also sensations of Mediterranean fruit that broaden the aroma. The elegant mouthfeel has a balance between the sweet and bitter with a subtle and velvety carbonation and a return of consistent aromatic and even citrusy sensations. The finish is a tad drier with an after-aroma of wild flowers.
An adaptable and very enjoyable beer that pairs well with stewed white meat and a rich plate of tagliatelle noodles with porcino mushooms.
