Considered one of Italy’s best wine cooperatives, this winery produces some excellent wines at excellent prices. It has 1,300 members who have a total of some 1,500 hectares of vineyards. The winery has adhered to Riccardo Cotarella’s Sfide (Challenge) initiative that aims at producing wines without the use of sulfites. Their Falanghina Calvese is undoubtedly the best white produced in this initiative.
