The Falanghina of Tony di Bianchini Rossetti

Aside from Falerno del Massico, which represents his estate’s core business, Tony Rossetti also produces Falanghina 1880 Campania IGT, a linear wine at an excellent price. 

This small winery in Casale di Carinola, run by the eclectic Tony Rossetti, has been producing Falerno del Massico since 2006 with excellent results.

Starting with vintage 2016, they have put a new white wine on the market, one made from Falanghina grapes from a vineyard that also produces Falerno. It is a wine with a linearity that clearly defines where it is from, which is a good thing, and has an excellent quality/price ratio.
