Ciliegiolo: un ex gregario

Leonardo Bussoletti started up his estate in 2008 in Narni and placed his bets on the Ciliegiolo grape to produce a quality wine. He also founded the Narni Ciliegiolo Producers’ Association in order to form a team to promote a wine that for a long time played the role of ‘supporting rider’ for other wines. In other words it was considered a ‘cutting’ or blending wine but which on its own can produce a fine wine like this tasty reserve made from grapes grown on old vines.
