100% Ottobratica olive variety. Continuous cycle production system. Light fruity. It has an intense limpid golden yellow color with delicate green hues. Its aroma is ample and rotund, with fragrant hints of mint, basil and parsley, together with spicy notes of almond and cinnamon. Its taste is complex and harmonic, with vegetal notes of lettuce and celery and fruity hints of unripe tomato, apple and banana. Bitterness and pungency are present and well balanced.
