In the glass this has a slightly veiled, golden color with a white and compact head. The bouquet is immediate and fragrant with notes of white flowers, medicinal herbs, bitter citrus, spice and coriander followed by sensations of wheat and hints of honey. The mouthfeel, by ‘design’, has a certain lightness to its structure and a ‘dangerous’ drinkability. It has an overall balance with a subtle carbonation and a flavor that is quite bitter and has aromatic sensations. The finish is citrusy with a slight aftertaste of medicinal herbs and a very good persistence. A multifaceted and versatile beer that can be paired with cooked cold cuts or more elaborate dishes with grilled river fish.
