The golden color is topped by a white and compact head while the fresh and lovely aroma has the intensity of citrus, ginger, ground cereals and white melon with tropical and resin nuances. The flavor is consistent with the aroma but with the cereal notes slightly more intense. The mouthfeel is light with a subtle and creamy effervescence wrapped with a delicate bitterness. Pleasing, easy-to-drink yet complex and interjected with ancient and sunny suggestions.
To pair with first courses with vegetables, like gnocchi with squash and pork jowl bacon, but also with a pizza topped with chickpea cream and mortadella made by Maestro Gabriele Bonci.
