Quanta ricchezza. Dorato vivo, profumo decisamente pulito di gelato alla nocciola, crema, molto pieno. Nocciola anche al palato e finale molto lungo su note di pesca bianca e bicarbonato. Eccellente tenuta all'aria. Un grande vino bianco fatto con uva fiano.
