The Asprino d’Aversa grapes are cultivated using the traditional alberata method in the town of Casapesenna in the farming district of Aversa. This brut made using the Martinotti method has a luminous straw-yellow color and a fine and persistent effervescence. The aroma recalls lime, medicinal herbs and slightly unripe peach. The mouthfeel is acidic, saline and has a distinct fruit flavor with a good progression and an excellent finish.
