100% Chiavennasca (Nebbiolo), fermented in stainless steel vats and aged for 12 months in oak barrels. The wine’s youthful ruby color is youthful but also static and, in fact, the aromas are rigid, earthy and floral. As always, the attack of the mouthfeel is welcoming although the tannins seem strapped. The finish has a lovely balsamic sensation.
