Made from Greco di Tufo grapes that mature on the lees for eight months to then age for another three months in the bottle. The wine is varietal and complex and has golden-yellow color. The aromas are intensely fruity with scents of citrus, yellow peach and apricot followed by a floral note of white flowers. The mouthfeel is saline and sharp with an excellent acidic tension that gives it freshness and elegance. The finish is fine, long and persistent. Bottles produced: 3,500.
