Made from Trebbiano Toscano grapes and other varietals allowed by regulations that have dried on racks. The wine ferments in 200-liter kegs for three years and then matures for seven years in 100-liter oak and chestnut kegs. It has an amber color and an ethereal bouquet that is slightly rustic with notes of dried fruit, including walnut, and hints of tobacco. The mouthfeel is full and flowing, almost dry, soft and with a medium density.
Bottles produced: 3,000.
