Made from Ribolla grapes and matured in part in stainless steel and in part in wood. The wine has a straw-yellow color and an intense and complex aroma with floral and iodine notes and hints of medlar and anise. The mouthfeel is intense and compact but not sweet thanks to the balance between the alcohol and saltiness which gives it an excellent progression. The finish is persistent and harmonious thanks also to the tannic component from maceration that keeps it young.
