Correggiolo 60% and Leccino 40% olive varieties. Continuous cycle production system. Medium fruity. This very good selection has an intense limpid golden yellow colour with delicate green hues. Its aroma is ample and rotund, with notes of artichoke, wild chicory and hints of almond. Its taste is elegant and complex, with a flavour of mint, rosemary and a distinct note of lettuce and celery. Bitterness and pungency are present and distinct.
