Tonda iblea 100% olive variety. Continuous cycle production system. Intense fruity. Intense limpid golden yellow color with slight green hues. Its aroma is definite and rotund, rich in hints of medium ripe tomato, banana and white apple, together with distinct notes of basil, parsley and mint. Its taste is fine and strong, with a flavor of fresh broad beans and a note of lettuce and celery. Bitterness is strong and pungency is distinct.
