100% Raggiola olive variety. Continuous cycle production system. Intense fruity. It has an intense limpid golden yellow color with light green hues. Its aroma is definite and rotund, rich in hints of rosemary and mint, together with notes of artichoke, chicory and lettuce. Its taste is elegant and strong, with a flavor of sage and a distinct note of almond and cinnamon. Bitterness is strong and pungency is definite and harmonic.
