100% Correggiolo olive variety. Continuous cycle production system. Medium fruity. Intense limpid golden yellow color with light green hues. Its aroma is ample and rotund, rich in hints of artichoke, chicory and aromatic herbs, especially mint and rosemary. Its taste is full and strong, with notes of lettuce, sage and a distinct note of black pepper, unripe almond and fresh walnut. Bitterness is strong and pungency is definite.
