100% Nocellara del Belice olive variety. Continuous cycle production system. Medium fruity. This Extra Virgin has a beautiful intense limpid golden yellow colour with light green hues. Its aroma is definite and rotund, with notes of ripe tomato, white apple and banana, together with distinct hints of fresh broad beans, lettuce and celery. Its taste is elegant and aromatic, with an ample flavour of basil and mint, oregano and sage. Bitterness and pungency are distinct and harmonic.
