Dark and impenetrable as a starless night, with a compact and hazelnut-colored head. The aroma is intense and spicy with distinct notes of medicinal herbs and licorice that stand out over the classic Stout scents of coffee and cappuccino. The mouthfeel is incredibly immediate with a subtle carbonation and an aftertaste distinguished by strong bitter notes, while the sensations of coffee are never opaque and there is even a chinotto (myrtle-leaf orange) ‘freshness”, as well as the notes of thebotanicals and spices. The persistence is not very long but the drinkability is guaranteed.
Paring: with you, your dreams, your thoughts or, simply, the deafening silence of the pub where you drink it.
Fermentation: High fermentation
Alcohol: 4,3% Vol
