Sunnyside

This IPA has a golden color with a very compact, white head in the glass. The intense aroma has scents of wild herbs, white flowers, some balsamic hints and citrus notes along with unidentifiable ones of tropical fruit. The creamy mouthfeel has a nice density with a caressing carbonation, bitter sensations and distinct fruity flavors with a slightly grassy aftertaste.

This is a bold brew, and not just because of its alcoholic content, which goes well with baked fish or elaborate pasta dishes without tomato, like lasagna with scamorza cheese, mint and string beans.
