Collavini, when the Ribolla is sparkling
A very famous winery not only in Italy but abroad as well, Collavini has a special hand for Ribolla grape sparkling wines.
This is one of the best-known wineries in the whole region. For decades now it has been run by Manilo Collavini, one of the leading personalities in Friuli winemaking and the area of Colli Orientali in particular. He is an entrepreneur and former MP who has a special passion for sparkling wine and his Ribolla Gialla Brut is outstanding, unique, which undergoes secondary fermentation in steel vats for over two years.
