ultima generazione grifalco della lucania daginestra aglianico del vulture vino rosso basilicata

Grifalco winery has been the first one to bottle separately the wines produced from the most vocated areas of Volturno according to the cru French division. A project of success as the Aglianico del Vulture Daginestra 2012 demonstrates.

The estate is run by Fabrizio and Ceclia Piccin with their sons Andrea and Lorenzo, who have some 15 hectares of vineyards in the best areas of the district - in the towns of Venosa, Ginesta and Maschito – and produce a wine that is a true Vulture cru. Each single vineyards plot is vinified separately according to the area and the age of the vines (some plots were acquired already operational and they sought out old vines). The winery operates with an eye on nature and unites a low environmental footprint with excellent functionality.
