A decidedly bold and expressive wine difficult to pair with any food. The texture is incredibly sticky and the bold, golden color has almost browned. The bouquet bursts with notes of oriental spice, ginger and elder, while the background is a mine of minerality. The initial impact is decidedly sweet but miraculously cleans up in the mouth making it incredibly stimulating and the utmost attention is needed to identify all the characteristics. Superb. 0.375 Bottle.
