Although this is a year older than the previous wine, it seems younger. Its brick color is even and the aroma has well-defined scents from bottle aging and a nice complexity with notes of underbrush, black pepper and sour cherry. The fusion of all the components in the mouthfeel create sensations that only certain great Bordeaux wines from the right bank can offer. The persistence is very long.

A wine to mediate upon or enjoy with cannellet (a Bordeaux dissert made with egg yolks and flour that is not very sweet).
