A wine made with Rolle (Vermentino) grapes and aged for six months on the lees in stainless steel. It has a greenish, straw-yellow color and intense fruity aromas of citron and golden delicious apple. The mouthfeel has an excellent acidic tension and is very saline, juicy and subtle, “vertical” with an excellent and refreshing drinkability. A delicious Mediterranean white that has a subtle yet persistent aftertaste. The wine has an IGP Alpilles classification.
